    Capt. came along your blog while searching “Anti-piracy Gadgets Sea”. Yours was the only page to come up.
    In 1998 I began to invent tools designed to protect vessels from pirates – the Straites and the Horn waters were my concern. I’m in Japan. A company took my ideas seriously and within one year were praised by the Japanese PM as the most innovative firm in the country.
    I am looking for any backers or manufacturers willing to try the gadget ideas. I’m proud to say I saw the scourge these sea rats would become a decade before anybody else. And I understood then the problem of flagging for convenience when it came to asking for help.
