Video of the ‘Mangaorean Titanic’

The ship ‘DenDen’, or as local residents have nicknamed her ‘The Mangaorean Titanic’, was an early story covered by gCaptain in articles titled: “Ship Aground off Indian Coast” and “Captain of the beached ship ‘DenDen’ Speaks“.

Today we bring you the video of this tragic incident and the rescue efforts of local citizens. To qoute the narrator:

When all efforts failed to rescue the crew they were asked to jump into the sea with their lifejackets but turbulent seas engulfed two of them. The others were rescued with great difficulty.
