Maritime recruitment and executive placement firm, Flagship Management, LLC announced today that Sheila LaFleur has joined their Florida-based team. Sheila is a former colleague of Flagship’s partners andholds a USCG Unlimited Masters License.

Sheila is a graduate of the California Maritime Academy where she obtained a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Law. Her shipping experience ranges from tankers, tugs, break bulk and multiproduct vessels and she has 4 years of maritime recruitment, business development, and HR consulting expertise. She also holds a certificate in Human Resource Management from Florida Atlantic University and is a member of the CMA Alumni Board of Directors.
