Russia’s Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin paid a visit to Baltic Shipyard (Baltiysky Zavod) today to witness the progress being made on two nuclear icebreakers under construction.
The ships were ordered in May 2014 at a total cost of USD $2.4 billion.
