We put this first photo up on the gCaptain Facebook page yesterday as a “caption this” and it was such at hit, that we thought we’d provide a little bit of backstory.
The photo was taken recently at an anchorage in Long Beach when harbor police found a half naked man standing on the rudder of the Chevron oil taker MT Altair Voyager. And if you were wondering, no, the man was not a member of the crew.
