As gCaptain has reported, the outbound City of Rotterdam was severely damaged following a collision December 4th with a the inbound DFDS ro-ro ferry Primula Seaways off Immingham, England on the approach to the River Humber.
An AIS recreation of the incident can be seen here, but too few details are available to determine what exactly happened. The incident is under investigation by the UK Marine Accident Investigation Branch.
