UAE-based rig builder Lamprell has delivered their latest newbuild jack-up, Greatdrill Chaaru, to their customer Greatship Global Energy Services Pte. Ltd. this week. This rig marks the 13th LeTourneau Super 116E (Enhanced) Class design built by Lamprell.
Lamprell says the rig will join its 2013-built sister rig, Greatdrill Chaaya offshore India in the coming days. Both rigs are contracted to work for Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC).
