This video was supposedly shot on board a Russian aircraft carrier and we don’t have much more info other than that. Skip to about a minute and a half for the goods.
Apparently, according to the video description anyway, the voice at the end says, “Did he get carried away or where is he?”.
Just another hazard of filming rough seas from a Russian aircraft carrier, I guess…
