There were three people on the boat when it capsized off Leeman, a town approximately 270 kilometers north of Perth. 23-year-old Bryce Weppner has been confirmed dead, and one other, Sean Coffey is still missing. Kim Thomsen, the rescued fisherman, is recovering from exposure and dehydration at Royal Perth Hospital.
