Rob Almeida

Rob Almeida is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy with a B.S. in Naval Architecture. He served 6.5 years as a Surface Warfare Officer, earning his qualification aboard USS Paul F. Foster (DD 964) during a Persian Gulf deployment in 2001 and later serving as Training Officer on USS Antietam (CG 54). After leaving the Navy, he entered Transocean's Accelerated Operations Management Program, working as roustabout, floorhand, dynamic positioning operator, derrickhand, and assistant driller on sixth-generation deepwater drillships. He served as gCaptain's Partner and Chief Marketing Officer from 2010 to 2015.
