Ten children and one woman were reportedly injured when a tugboat collided with a passenger vessel Friday at the port of Mar del Plata in Argentina.
The entire incident was captured on cell phone video by a passenger, showing the 32-meter tug Cuarteador appear from behind another vessel before smashing the port side of the passenger vessel. No other details were available about the incident.
