The driver of a tractor trailer aboard the MV Alborán, a car ferry operating between Algeciras, Spain and Ceuta, Morocco, is definitely lucky to be alive, and definitely has some explaining to do.

Not good!!
Normally, before leaving the port,all Tracks+trailers and cars should be lashed by chains/belts to deck fixing points to be ready for sea passage.
At the moment we can talk about Ceuta as a Spanish city or a Spanish enclave in the north of Africa.
