World’s Largest Yacht Launched in Germany – Time Lapse Video

On Friday the world’s largest superyacht, otherwise known as the Eclispe, was launched at the Blohm & Voss shipyard in Hamburg, Germany.  The 170 meter yacht is being built for the Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich and costs an estimated EU300 million.  The 13,000 tonne luxury yacht has room for 24 guests with 70 crew and can achieve a cruising speed of 22 knots.
