SPP17 PSV design via Sinopacific Shipbuilding
Shanghai-headquartered Sinopacific Shipbuilding Group has announced their entry into the Mexican offshore market today with the signing of a three-ship OSV order from Mexican shipping firmm Naviera Petrolera Integral S.A. de C.V.
The ships are of the SPP17A design and will be built at Sinopacific’s Zhejiang Shipyard with deliveries expected by the end of 2015. The vessels will be subsequently chartered by PEMEX.
Naviera Petrolera Integral currently owns 33 vessels of which 19 are fast supply vessels.
