The on-deck reporter, in his underwear as one might expect, is saying something to another person who appears to be pretending to feed sheep in a pretend sheep pen.
If you can understand what they are saying through their thick Scottish accent, then this might make more sense to you, but even if you don’t, it’s still pretty damn funny. Watch this video:
