Today marks the first day of the annual Offshore Technologies Conference in Houston, TX. OTC is the world’s foremost event for the development of offshore resources in the fields of drilling, exploration, production, and environmental protection. OTC is celebrating it’s 40th anniversary so it will surely not dissapoint.
