Ever Ace, the world’s largest containership, transited the Suez Canal for the first time August 28, 2021. Ever Ace, built in 2021 for the Taiwanese shipping company Evergreen Marine Corporation, sails under the flag of Panama. The ultra large container vessel (ULCV) has a carrying capacity of 24000 TEU, length overall (LOA) of 399.9 meters and beam of 61.53 meters.
