Cascade General, Inc., Portland, Ore., is being awarded an $8,508,092 modification to a previously awarded contract (N55236-12-C-0002) for the installation of an improved sonar acoustic window on the ex-USS Paul F. Foster (EDD-964). This contract will support the accomplishment of additional inspections, repairs, replacements, relocations, recertifications, preparations, preservations, provisions, drydocking, and undocking. Work will be performed at Portland, Ore., and is expected to be completed by May 2012. Contract funds will not expire by the end of the fiscal year. Naval Sea Systems Command Regional Maintenance Center Southwest, San Diego, Calif., is the contracting activity.
