Maersk Line has just released this time-lapse video of the Maersk Triple-E as a sequel to their first video of the vessel of the under construction at DSME in Okpo, South.
So we don’t know exactly how many pictures this time-lapse to stitch together, but the first one was 50,000 so we’re keeping in the ballpark.

This second video focuses on the Triple-E’s float out, which took place February 23. As Maersk Line notes on the Triple-E’s website, worldslargestship.com, it took four hours to fill the drydock with water, rushing in at a rate of 2,500 cubic meters of water per minute.
The first Triple-E, named M/V Mærsk McKinney-Møller, is set for an on-time delivery June 28.
