This timelapse, produced by Discovery Channel and Maersk Line, shows the construction of Maersk Line’s first Triple-E containership at the DSME shipyard in Okpo, Korea.

The timelapse was made using 50,000 photos taken over a 3 months period.

At 400 meters in length and with a capacity for 18,000 TEU, the Triple-E ship will be the world’s largest ship once delivered on June 28th… just 99 days away.
