Video filmed by Alex Brown on November 15, 2015 shows a Milford Haven pilot being taken off the 257-meter shuttle tanker Ingrid Knutsen off St. Ann’s Head in 35 knot winds and wave heights of 4-5 meters.
Located near Dale in West Wales, St. Ann’s Head looks out over the dangerous deepwater shipping channel leading to the Milford Haven waterway and Port of Milford Haven, the UK’s largest energy port and the biggest port in Wales.
