SMIT Borneo Crane Barge Arrives in the Philippines

The Crane barge, SMIT Borneo, arrived off the coast of Palawan province in the Philippines from Singapore today.  This vessel will be used to remove USS Guardian piece by piece from Tubbataha Reef.
