YA!!!!!!!!! Good article! I'm guilty of being a "great job guy" when I'm debriefing the crew, even when the performance was less than spectacular! Something I need to work on, I can't be everyone's friend when lives are at stake! Just got my last fire drill out of the way for this hitch! YA!!!!!!!!!

They may all look alike (flours and fires) to the untrained eye but don't assume they're all the same!
