“Act of Valor” is a 2-year project by film producers Mouse McCoy and Scott Waugh who were granted unprecedented access to the US Navy SEAL community to film the most accurate depiction of the pace and energy involved in real life Navy Special Warfare operations starring active duty SEAL operators.
