Here’s is some video posted online showing a 2015 incident involving a bulk carrier and a VLCC. Not much information available but according to the uploader the tanker in the video is the MT Hirmand, owned by the National Iranian Tanker Company.
From the video it appears that the bulk carrier VLCC somehow lost control and barely hit the anchored bulk carrier before maneuvering out of there and avoiding a more serious collision.

The bulk carrier in the video is the MV Marco, a Liberian-flagged capesize measuring 225 meters in length and 81,000 dwt.
Update: The video below shows the damage to the VLCC following the mishap.
