Brazil’s Oil Output Hits Record as War Drives Up Non-OPEC Supply
Oil production in Brazil reached a record high in June as rising supplies from producers a world away from the Middle East cushion disruption from the fallout of the war in Iran.

Here is a cool time-lapse video filmed over two months onboard the MV Mercosul Suape, engaged in Brazil domestic shipping from Manaus on the Amazon River to Itaguaí in Rio De Janeiro state. Other port calls in the video include Suape, Santos, Itajaí and Paranaguá, according to the uploader.
The 2,478 TEU MV Mercosul Suape is one of three vessels owned by Mercosul Line, the cabotage shipping arm of Maersk Group in Brazil. Mercosul’s other two vessels are the Mercosul Manaus and Mercosul Suape.
