A flotilla of crude oil on the world’s oceans expanded to a fresh high as producer nations keep adding barrels and the tankers sail further for deliveries.

The Crane barge, SMIT Borneo, arrived off the coast of Palawan province in the Philippines from Singapore today. This vessel will be used to remove USS Guardian piece by piece from Tubbataha Reef.
