Apollo Agrees to Invest $6.5 Billion in Orsted Wind Farm
Funds managed by Apollo Global Management Inc. agreed to invest $6.5 billion in Orsted A/S’s Hornsea 3, the UK offshore wind project that’s among the world’s largest.

Update – Port officials have confirmed no injuries amongst the 9 people onboard, praising the pilot’s efforts in putting the helicopter down safely. The helicopter has sustained some damage to its landing gear.
Original – A helicopter heading offshore with 8 passengers made a hard landing Thursday morning at Port Fourchon, possibly causing some minor injuries but no major injuries or fatalities have been reported.
Local news has reported that the Sikorsky S76 helicopter crashed at approximately 8 a.m. shortly after take off. A total of 9 people were on onboard including the pilot and no major injuries have been reported.

The helicopter appears to be operated by Mayeux Flying Services (MYU) based in Luling, LA.
Reports indicate that a shift in wind may have contributed to the accident.
