Turkish shipbuilder BOGAZICI A.S. recently delivered Amapola 1, the first Robert Allan Ltd. designed RAstar 3000 tug, to International Offshore Engineering and Development Company. The 72 ton bollard pull tug was built to support PDVSA’s operations in Venezuela.
