The video was posted to Facebook by the news site The State Port Pilot, which reported that the incident was due to a mechanical problem.
Following the incident, a reader sent us the photos below and reported that the ship was refloated within a few hours.
The ship appears to be the MT Swan Biscay, a Marshall Islands-flagged oil and chemical tanker.
