Furthermore it is an Argentine Navy ship (and an Embassy as well) so it is considered a warship and hence Argentine sovereign soil. The captain should dismiss the order and leave port without any other argument with the locals (under fire if necessary). If unable, the ARA may send a military rescue mission. Let the diplomats solve the issue later.
