Work is progressing on Anadarko’s Heidelberg spar at Technip’s fabrication yard in Pori, Finland. Heidelberg is Anadarko’s second spar in a “design one, build two” series that began with the Lucius spar, which is now on location in the Gulf of Mexico. Replicating Lucius, the Heidelberg spar will have a capacity of 80,000 barrels of oil per day.
