The Ocean BlackHornet is a Gusto P10,000 DW design and features a dual-activity derrick with a maximum hook-load capacity of 1,250 tons and two seven-ram blowout preventers. The rig can operate in water depths up to 12,000 feet and drilling depth capabilities up to 40,000 feet.
The Ocean BlackHornet will be on contract to Anadarko until April 2020.
