Cindy Konrad is a graduate of SUNY Maritime College at Fort Schuyler and holds a Master of Science degree in Education from City College. She is a licensed deck officer and a United States Merchant Marine Expeditionary Medal recipient for her work aboard containerships during the second gulf war. Cindy is currently the Editorial Director of gCaptain.
