Williams (DDG 95), presents command ball caps to rescued mariners after their vessel caught fire in the Gulf of Oman. Sailors from WilliamsÃ¢€™ visit, board, search and seizure team rescued 10 crewmembers after they were forced to abandon their burning vessel. James E.
