(Oct. 21, 2010) Members of the U.S. Naval Academy varsity and junior varsity offshore sailing teams practice in Annapolis Harbor near the academy campus for the Fall Keelboat Invitational Regatta and the MacMillan Cup Intercollegiate Regatta.
