The crew of Coast Guard Cutter Biscayne Bay breaks ice in the St. Marys River in the vicinity of the motor vessel Paul R. Tregurtha as the Tregurtha transits upbound the river, Dec. 15, 2013. The Biscayne Bay, homeported in St. Ignace, Mich., is operating under the direction of Sector Sault Ste.
