Here’s a new video showing a look at the painting of Atlantic Offshore’s new PSV Ocean Art, dubbed the “coolest looking” vessel in the North Sea.
We first covered this project back in August when the vessel was painted in Stavanger, Norway just prior to the ship’s christening.
The hull art was created by Polish street artist Mariusz “M-City” Waras, who spent three days painting the vessel because the timing of the christening just so happened to coincide with the Nuart street art festival in Stavanger.
Atlantic Offshore took delivery of the Ocean Art from the Kleven shipyard in Myklebust, Norway. The vessel is the second of two VS 485 MKIII L design ordered by Atlantic Offshore from Kleven. The Ocean Art is set to commence a 6-year contract with Statoil in the North Sea.
