That's a pretty distant photo of the boat – I think there's room for doubt. I also noticed that the boat in the photo has a blue tarp up to make a sunshade. A prominent item in the video of FIFTY CENT is a blue tarp lying on deck, and supports that could have held it in the same position as on the photographed boat. Blue tarps are not uncommon. But is this a weight on the other side of the scale?

But say it's true, does it solve anything, aside from extricating Princess from this lawsuit? For instance, if the boat in the passenger's photos is not FIFTY CENT, does that mean that Princess failed to aid some other boat instead? And all this does nothing to address the chain-of-command reporting problems that led to the original allegation.
