		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m taking this with a grain of salt. Bear in mind that both pieces of evidence are supplied by people Princess hired to try to bolster their defense. 

That&#039;s a pretty distant photo of the boat - I think there&#039;s room for doubt. I also noticed that the boat in the photo has a blue tarp up to make a sunshade. A prominent item in the video of FIFTY CENT is a blue tarp lying on deck, and supports that could have held it in the same position as on the photographed boat. Blue tarps are not uncommon. But is this a weight on the other side of the scale?

But say it&#039;s true, does it solve anything, aside from extricating Princess from this lawsuit? For instance, if the boat in the passenger&#039;s photos is not FIFTY CENT, does that mean that Princess failed to aid some other boat instead? And all this does nothing to address the chain-of-command reporting problems that led to the original allegation. 

More to come, I&#039;m afraid... praying for justice in the end - whatever side it falls on.]]></description>
