Hmmm.. I am fond of reading novels involving boats and i learned that Chief Mates have different outlook when it comes to the works of their subordinates. well, that's the way it is, i guess, in real life too.

But, yes making the boat works is more important. And of course, boat supplies and parts that are of great quality and from great stores would be great.

By the way, nice yacht i should say. :)

Gee… when I was one of the LAST 3rd Mates to sail on the PATRIOT, I just did what I had to keep her going till the scrappers called…

Nice yachts, 10+ years ago I saw a yacht in the med that was converted from a North Sea tug.
