The VLCC Centennial J was selected by Tullow Oil for the Tweneboa-Enyenra-Ntomme (TEN) Project offshore Ghana where she is currently being converted into an FPSO at Jurong Shipyard.

In the above screenshot, her bow has been removed in preparation for the installation of the turret and swivel which will collect all the production fluids from the seabed and allow hydraulic and electric umbilicals to operate the subsea development.

The development consists of 24 production wells in waters 1,500 meters deep drilled by Seadrill’s 6th generation semi-submersible West Leo.

Installation of the FPSO is planned for 2015.
