This will create an additional burden on the taxpayer with the millions if not billions it will cost to institute such as infrastructure similar to air traffic control.

Of course this doesn&#039;t get to the heart of the problem. Which is watch officers in the wheelhouse making sound decisions with the continual collaboration of the bridge resource management team prior to getting underway and while underway.</description>
