Based on today’s tragic events, I would like to update my previous ROE discussion with the following statement:

Anyone traveling through the Arabian Sea or Gulf of Aden on a ship or private yacht should be highly prepared and ready to defend themselves using deadly force.

If a boat is close enough to yell at you, they are already too close.

Shoot first, ask for forgiveness later.

    Damn forgiveness that’s Gods business and the Arabian Gulf is no where near heaven. Send every one of them to the bottom, on sight. Give no quarter, you’ll not get any from these worms.

    A unarmed vessel is an Unsafe vessel anywhere today. lock and load to be safe. You can’t count on the navy ROE to save you.
