		<description><![CDATA[What mariners like, or not, has little bearing on where vessels work from.  There are many factors that make Fourchon near ideal: geographical location, exclusive port usage, short deep channel, little or no regulatory oversight, good road access for trucks, hard working local work force, no neighboring entities to complain about the noise, pollution, unsightliness, etc.  as we have seen the port is operating again, quietly back in business with little down time. From a business standpoint, it&#039;s almost ideal. Instead of complaining about oil profits, you should invest in same.]]></description>
