    Though ships shape,size,speed have changed with respect to time, the terminology has not changed. Your post takes me back to past. Nice.

    Emily, you’re right and this is probably the reason I didn’t make the grade in my first major; Naval Architecture ;)

    i have to look up like all the parts of a ship or else i don’t get to go to the dells, and this helped a little

    Hope this details will stay like this allthough the shipping industry is modernising. This will keep a good record of history and makes it easysier for us seafarers to stay up to date.
