The Govt Accountability Office disagrees with the state of the art science as expressed here and elsewhere.

The “expert” level of knowledge about large-scale LNG spills and possible RPT explosions is conjecture piled upon guesses, and multiplied by multitudes of scale.

With all due respect, congresssional scientists have said he frankly do not have any right to claim that we know how a shipload of LNG with the potential kinetic energy of scores of Hirshimas will behave in a disaster.
