When ashore in some ports I would have liked to have been carrying a G-spot for personal security.

That's a great little unit. If I win I would give it to my wife so I can help her find roads in the backcountry of Arkansas when she has to investigate child abuse etc.Since I have the map on the pc I can guide her to the destination. Would be great :-). Even thou I am in Arkansas I am very interested in everything shipping since I was in ship supply for a long time and watch this blog almost daily.

I think this is a great tool as a back up. Like the feature that allows family and friends to follow in real time where you are.

I like the idea of having this as a back up. Also nice is the ability for friends and family to be able to follow in real time where you are.

Seems like a great back-up. I like the feature that allows friends and family to know what's going on in real time as well.

The G-Spot is a great idea!! My friend told me about it and I'm trying to see if I could afford the unit. If I win the unit, I know that I'll be using it during my SAR training, which I hope to successfully join in 60 days... after which, will be about 20 months of intense training. The type of rescue work I'm aiming for is wilderness SAR/Recovery. I have a 4 year old Labrador which I'm current conduction Advance Canine training which will lead into SAR classes for my canine companion and I.
