We are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial Dry Bulk Time Charter Operator to work in our Chartering Dept in lower Westchester County, New York, USA. The individual will have the full support of an integrated global transportation provider.

Qualifications
10 Years as Chartering/Commercial Manager with a Principal
extensive knowledge of time charter and voyage charter parties
ability to identify/analyze/execute profit-making opportunities
strong foundation in post-fixture operations
proven track record of success

Growing international maritime company based in lower Westchester, NY, is seeking an experienced Assistant Claims Manager. Qualified candidates should have approximately 5 years of hands-on experience handling ship/cargo/crew claims. This position will mainly involve assisting in the handling of Marine Cargo Liability claims from first notice through settlement. Qualified candidates should demonstrate effective communication skills, work well under pressure, and be team players. Essential attributes include conscientious, self-motivated, good interpersonal and organizational skills. Must be able to cope with competing priorities and meet set deadlines.
