As the M&M Rotary Equipment Service Engineer, your responsibility will be high, as you travel throughout the Americas to repair and overhaul critical equipment on vessels and rigs. The M&M Rotary Equipment Service Engineer is a position with high levels of management responsibility. It is your job to oversee and be sure safety standards are met, materials and labour are managed, the budget is maintained, and the operation is in full swing. In addition the management responsibilities, you will also design, troubleshoot, test, and commission the new installations. You will report directly to the M&M Manager and the Director of Engineering. Travel is an integral part of this position.

Qualifications: To be considered for this position you will hold a technical or engineering degree or have equivalent experience. You must have previously worked on marine electrical installations and equipment (including but not limited to rotating machinery: AVRs, windings, bearings, alignment, vibrations). Good communication skills are necessary along with the ability to work with personnel in all levels of the organization as well as customers. If you are independent, like to travel, and dont get seasick this job is for you. Proven record of safety and project management must be provided.

Compensation: 115,000
