Position Qualifications

* College Degree Maritime Deck Transportation or equivalent
* USCG Unrestricted Masters License or equivalent
* Command experience as a vessel captain
* Excellent leadership, communication and management skills
* Computer skills in information systems and computer control consoles
* Dynamic Positioning Systems
* Marine environmental and hazardous material regulations and procedures
* Offshore marine operations, industrial environment, and drilling operations
* Speak English and language of the country where drilling operations occur
